Beaman and his teammates on the Team 1848 Under Armour Rise 17U squad played a very strong game in a 72-71 loss to Team Warwick out of South Dakota. Beaman was effective in different ways. He scored from outside the three-point arc and from the foul line. He also used his length and aggressiveness off the dribble to get to the basket for some baskets. Beaman finished with 15 points in the tightly contested game, and showed the ability to score at all three levels for Team 1848 . Beaman averaged 18.8 points and 5.7 rebounds as a junior while helping Oconto Falls to a 15-11 record. He earned unanimous first-team all-North Eastern Conference recognition.
