Ryan Morgan | Prep Hoops Scout
Harris brought big energy out of the gates against O’Dea, skying for rebounds, getting a big block at the rim, and showing some great moves on the perimeter to ole’ defenders and burst to the hoop. He had two big plays toward the end, hustling down for a two-handed oop on the break and also putting a quick spin move on a defender from the top then driving down the middle of the lane for a layup to take the lead late in the game.

His feet are so light and quick, and he was easily one of the top defenders on the perimeter and in the paint. He continued to look improved shooting from long-range and from deep behind the arc, and he can glide to the rim from the perimeter with his long reach and bursty steps. Harris was also one of the top shot-blockers of the day, showing exceptional timing inside.

Harris is one of the more athletic and longer players that were at the showcase, so it’s no surprise he ended up making some really impressive plays on the defensive end. He’s able to reach passes and shots to create turnovers and keep points off the board that other players simply cannot get to. On a couple of occasions, he ran back in transition and calmly timed his steps to jump up and send shots back at the rim.
