Jacob Reid Jacob Reid 6'6" | PF South Gwinnett | 2029 State GA rounds out my list of Out-of-State Standouts from the Big Shots Myrtle Beach Jam. It was easy to see why he is one of the highest-ranked forwards in Georgia’s 2029 class, not only because of his glaring physical attributes, but also because of the flashes he showed on the offensive end of the floor. Jacob was comfortable working on the perimeter to work off the catch or attack the paint on 2-3 dribbles, but as the game got tighter in the second half, he focused on higher-percentage shots in and around the paint. His length was also a factor in protecting the rim and affecting jumpers on the defensive end. Reid finished with 13 points, 5 rebounds, 3 blocks, and 2 steals in game one.
