Several players traveled in and immediately stood out with their production, competitiveness, and overall feel for the game. Here's a look at some of the top out-of-state standouts from the event.

Holt Earey is first up on the Out-of-State Standouts list from the Big Shots Myrtle Beach Jam. Earey was extremely impressive in Juice Crew's win over NMB Warriors on Saturday morning, going for 15 points, 3 assists, and 3 steals. He scored the ball in several different ways: on the perimeter, in the mid-range, in transition, and even on the offensive glass. Despite not having a major size advantage, Holt is very persistent around the paint and isn't scared of any matchup.

Another North Carolina 2030 who caught my eye is De'Leon. He was as good on the glass as any big that I saw this weekend. He wins the glass with both size and effort, but he is also smart enough to keep the ball high and stay out of foul trouble. He's got some intrigue to his offensive game, too, because he likes to work quickly in the paint, has some soft touch around the rim, and has a go-to turnaround jumper. De'Leon finished with 12 points, 12 rebounds, and 3 blocks in a round-one win.

This West Brunswick guard had a strong weekend for the South Carolina-based NMB Warriors, including a 10-point, 6-steal, and 3-assist outing on Saturday. He is a very complimentary backcourt piece to the rest of the Warriors because of his quickness and aggression as a driver. Jacob has an explosive first step and a high-end top speed, so he has no issues beating defenders off the dribble in the half-court or in transition. Woodard also has a great feel around contact, both on the ground and in the air. Keep an eye on this gifted North Carolina prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id='2634535' first='Jacob' last='Reid'] rounds out my list of Out-of-State Standouts from the Big Shots Myrtle Beach Jam. It was easy to see why he is one of the highest-ranked forwards in Georgia's 2029 class, not only because of his glaring physical attributes, but also because of the flashes he showed on the offensive end of the floor. Jacob was comfortable working on the perimeter to work off the catch or attack the paint on 2-3 dribbles, but as the game got tighter in the second half, he focused on higher-percentage shots in and around the paint. His length was also a factor in protecting the rim and affecting jumpers on the defensive end. Reid finished with 13 points, 5 rebounds, 3 blocks, and 2 steals in game one.
