In his first year in the prep ranks, Bayer has continued to show some of what made him a standout in the MIAA last winter. The 6’0″ guard is a threat to knock down a perimeter jumper any time he touches the ball, with good form and a quick release on his shot. He moves well without the ball, has the ability to get to the rim as a driver, and is a willing ball mover within the flow of the offense.
