How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a team-first guard who takes pride in shutting down my matchup on the defensive end. I love to move the ball, make the extra pass, and help my teammates get great looks. Offensively, I’m known as a consistent three-point shooter who plays within the flow of the game. I also take pride in doing the little things - boxing out, competing on every possession, and doing whatever it takes to win.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

As a first-born, I naturally take charge and lead, I value my grades just as much as basketball, and I’m driven by a strong desire to succeed in everything I do...on the court, in the classroom, and beyond.

Laker Leaders, Dean's List, Honor Roll

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through basketball and my school community, I’ve developed strong leadership and teamwork skills as a junior captain and a player who has contributed both as a starter and off the bench. I also give back as a volunteer basketball coach and a member of Laker Leaders, which has helped me grow in communication, responsibility, and service while learning how to positively impact and support others.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced was starting my basketball career on the B team, knowing I had bigger goals for myself. I had to grind, stay patient, and work consistently to earn my way up to travel basketball by fifth grade. That experience taught me a strong work ethic and helped me discover my inner drive to continually develop my skills and improve my shot.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that offers a strong academic environment and a competitive basketball program, ideally at a small-market Division I or Division II school where I can build close relationships, contribute on the court, and continue to grow both as a student and an athlete.
