– Norman is a six-foot-six-inch 2025 wing from Woodbury. When Norman gets a size mismatch he can dribble down a defender in the post. Runs the floor like a wing and can handle the ball a bit in the open floor, so he can play both forward positions. Some ability to shoot it from the perimeter.

Finn was another player that I was familiar with after the spring and summer season on the Prep Hoops Circuit. The junior forward stands at 6-foot-6 and is very versatile with the many ways that he can impact the game. He can use his size to work inside, being able to score out of the post and hold down the paint defensively. Norman has also shown the ability to run the floor in transition and handle the ball in the half court.

I was impressed with Finn during the spring and summer and he turned in another great performance on Sunday. The junior forward stands at 6-foot-6, but has a very unique skill set. He can make plays when using his dribble, being able to push the ball up the floor to get transition opportunities started. Norman also has good footwork in the post and can take advantage of plus matchups.

Finn was huge in Real Phenom’s Friday night win, holding down the painted area for his team. He has great size as he stands at 6’5”, but moves extremely well. I saw him put the ball on the floor and pick up two transition assists and a transition layup off of a pass from a teammate playing at full speed. The Woodbury sophomore has great touch around the rim and was tough to stop when he got the ball in the paint. Norman also impressed me with how comfortable he looked knocking down a mid-range jumper. I really like what I saw out of Finn and believe he has a lot of potential as a prospect.

Finn helped lead Real Phenom to a win over NEBC with a strong performance on both ends. Defensively he was very disciplined and stayed on his feet when defending in the paint, allowing him to contest everything while avoiding fouling. Rebounded the ball with two hands and then had the skill to put it on the floor and bring it up himself if there wasn’t an immediate option to outlet. In the half-court he was active off the ball finding spots to catch in the short corner where he was a threat to hit the mid-range shot, or pump-fake and then attack off the dribble. Showcased solid footwork in the paint and soft touch to score off the glass even over size.

Finn had an impressive game to help lead Real Phenom past NEBC on Saturday afternoon. He was being defended by a 6’5+ wing with D1 level athleticism, but Finn’s work off the ball was creating constant opportunities around the rim and from mid-range. When he caught Finn was finding success getting his man in the air with a quick shot fake, while around the rim he was able to pivot over either shoulder to finish at the rim. After a defensive rebound, Norman showcased the skill to put the ball on the floor and initiate the break on his own.
