She 6’7 wing is hard to miss while he is on the court, and his skill is evident. The lengthy shooter continues to knock down shots and rim run with the best of them making him an easy next level target. He will take the lead at Airline this season, and he will  have to put up big number for his team to match last seasons success. His high level production could put him high on coaching prospect boards around the nation.

Washington is a player with a tremendous upside because of his size and skill. He will have to be aggressive on the offensive side of the ball as teams will look to slow down other players. Washington is an elite three-point shooter and finisher above the rim, and if Airline, at the #28 seed wants to continue this special run they are going to need him to play big. He has all of the tools and skills to make a huge impact in this game.

He can step out and shoot the three-ball with ease, knocking down four against Ruston in a highly contested game. Even more impressive than his shooting ability is his willingness to take the big shot and desire to make winning plays. He is a tough assignment a player that matches his size because of his smooth handle. He demonstrated a quick first step and the ability to finish at the rim with either hand. With his strong fundamentals, he certainly has the potential to be one of the top players in the state. I look for him to be a steady stock riser as he continues to embrace the physicality of the game.

Washington has one of the most versatile skill sets in the state and definitely in Bossier Parish. Washington can defend several positions on the floor and he rebounds well for his size. On the offensive end, he can drive to the basket and spot up from three. Washington can keep defenses off balance because he can score in various places. His skill set helps his team and he should step into more responsibility on the floor during his sophomore season.
