Randolph isn’t going to lead his team in scoring and certainly doesn’t strike fear into the opposition physically but he does a lot of winning stuff for his team and knows his role. A guard who makes shots, knows to get the ball to his teams best player to create and competes on the glass. Little things like that really add up when you have a guy as talented on
