Aidan’s stock has shot up over the past few months following the opportunity to showcase his diverse skillset on the PRO16 15U division with Kentucky Basketball Club. Keeping it in the family, he’ll now be running with Kentucky Basketball Club West in the upcoming live period sessions. Although he’ll be making the jump over to Puma’s NXTPRO division, the lengthy swingman will be playing up a grade level while doing so.

West is a unique combination of size and skill and has one of the best all around skill sets in the class. Aidan has great feel for the game but will have to improve his lateral quickness to reach his ceiling. A smooth midrange scorer, West is going to be a matchup problem for 3rd region foes thanks to his size and his ability to score inside or out. Keep an eye out for Aidan, long term.

He is now up to 6’6″. West is a guard with exciting versatility on both ends. He scores the rock from all levels and is very good at creating for teammates. Due to his size and capability, Aidan disrupts passing lanes and contests shots. He impacts the game in many ways while making winning plays. West also does the little things that don’t show up in the stat column. As Aidan continues to develop physically and his tools sharpen, he has the potential to become a high-level prospect in the state of Kentucky.

Daviess County is graduating 4 starters and Michael Acton is the lone player coming back who made big time contributions for the Panthers this season. Aidan should be next up for DC. A big wing who can get to the rim and knock down perimeter shots, Aidan is already blessed with great size and has a frame that should continue to fill out.

The Panthers are having one of the best seasons in school history. While West has not played a ton for Daviess County, he looks like he will be the next man up after graduation. A big wing with a smooth game, Aidan would play plenty on any other 3rd region team this season and could be the best freshman in the region. Long term, West is a name to keep an eye out for.

Aidan sees the floor well with his size at 6’4″. an advanced midrange scorer who excels at getting to his spots on the offensive end. As a defender, West can offer a ton of problems thanks to his size. Difficult to see over, it will be interesting to see how tall Aidan winds up and how well he can move laterally in switching situations on the defensive end of the floor.

At 6’3, Aidan truly impressed with his ability to play inside and out. Aidan was one of the better shooters at the event during the live scrimmages. In the 5 on 5 game that I seen him play, he hit 4+ 3s. Daviess has a stud with his ability to impact both ends of the floor. He had multiple big blocks in a close game. He crashed the offensive glass hard and scored from that as well. If Aidan can continue to grow and put on some muscle as well, the 3rd region will have their hands full.
