About Cole

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Cole Floyd is a 6’7 power forward with great footwork and touch around the rim. He has a great midrange and can also shoot it from long range. Not only catch and shoot, he can put it on the floor and get to the rim at will. He excels in rebounding and is great at finding his teammates as well.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a very positive person and my mentality is always go kill and do what I know I’m capable of. I hold myself very accountable out there to do my job.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have received countless academic awards growing up.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed leadership big time. Im a born leader, and leading just comes natural to me.

What type of college are you looking for?

A Division 1 school with a great culture and a great atmosphere.

Floyd is a skilled post who has good footwork, anticipation, and a smooth jumper in the midrange to really be a dynamic player catching on the low block or midpost. He’s shown he can work with his back to the hoop and facing up, and also has the instincts to make some plays on the defensive end. He’s another taller forward who has shown the potential to impact the game in a lot of areas.
