About Christopher

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a guard that will play on both ends of the court, get my teammates involved, and whenever time comes try to score when needed. I like to stay aggressive and attack the rim, I use my midrange to my advantage, and if wide open I will shoot the three.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Every time that I step onto the court the main goal is to win, so when its game time comes, I come to play hard and uplift my teammates to my same intensity.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I get honor roll in every marking period of the school year, and I do play for Team Takeover Showcase 15u.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Overtime as I went into my first high school season, I was chosen to be the point guard which means I am the leader and keep everyone in check. That was a big responsibility for me and overtime I learned the leadership role and the importance of being the coach on the floor.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

In my high school season we went through some tough losses which would mainly knock a team down for a while. I came back into practice and worked harder than everybody and everyone followed, from there on we went on a good run to end off the season 8-8, from coming from being 0-3 to start the season.

What type of college are you looking for?

I really want to become a NCAA Division 1 athlete.
