A smooth, athletic guard, Carter Cook Carter Cook 5'11" | SG Kennedy | 2027 State IA is solid combo guard that can be trusted to handle the rock, create for himself and others, and avoid turnovers. A combo guard that can fill in at either the shooting guard or point guard positions, Cook is good enough at both to serve as a primary ball-handler or an off-ball shooter. Hitting a step-back three as smoothly as it gets, Cook is seemingly always in control, and never too high or never too low on the court.
Possessing body control and strength, Cook is not an easy box out on the boards, he’ll fight for rebounds and put-backs, and he’s not one to get punked by other, bigger guards. He’ll do what his team needs and do it well.
