One of the most prolific shooters in the state, Jameson was up to his usual tricks on the heels of a PAISAA state title to close out his high school career. Helping lead Blue Elite to a runaway win over Just Clean It, the senior scoring guard shook free for seven treys on his way to 29 points. He’s proven to be a true knockdown threat from the perimeter who only needs a sliver of space to change a game in a moment’s notice with just a few touches off the catch. He also showed his toughness while crashing down for 10 boards. Jameson will be a key piece to a strong class heading to the western part of the state next year at Carnegie Mellon.

Jameson continued a stellar senior season with a career-high 31 points, capped off by a left-wing 3 with 15 seconds on the clock to vault Hill ahead by four and ice the win. It was Jameson’s seventh triple of the night, with the 3-point sniper consistently managing to find his way to open space in both the halfcourt and transition before displaying his textbook quick release. The Carnegie Mellon commit, who recently scored his 1,000th career point, plays the type of hard-nosed floor game to go along with his sharpshooting that should see him emerge as a valuable piece at the D3 level.

Everyone knows that Hill’s lineup boasts several bona-fide superstars. However, one of the keys to their success this season has been the outstanding play of “glue guys” such as Jameson. For instance, Jameson recently splashed 4 threes on his way to 18 points in a win over Mercersburg Academy. On Saturday, Hill will need another big effort from Jameson as they take on Hun School (NJ) with first place in the MAPL on the line. Jameson is a high IQ prospect who can knock home jumpers from all over the court. He is especially lethal on wing spot ups from behind the arc. His length, enormous wingspan and impressive frame make Jameson a plus rebounder too.
