Expert Analysis
Victor Taylor | Prep Hoops Scout
Bailey continues to be a guy that defies logic as to why he hasn’t found a high level home yet, as the combo forward is so skilled and continues to produce at a high level wherever and whoever he plays. He does a lot of everything out on the floor, whether it’s scoring from multiple areas, rebounding at a high clip, or providing solid multi-positional defense. He led his NLPB team in scoring this weekend and made winning plays for them in the clutch time in multiple games as well. He’s a legitimate impact player at the D2 or D3 level, and some school will get an absolute steal from his commitment.

caps off our list of Unsigned Seniors from Rock Hill’s proceedings. He has a strong frame and is capable of making plays with the ball in his hands. Bailey uses this frame very well and recognizes when to take a mismatch to the basket. His go-to move is the turnaround jump shot, which he uses against tough defenses or when his team needs a bucket. Brendan had a very well-rounded game on Saturday Evening, putting up 12 Points and 10 Rebounds.

is an emerging wing prospect to keep an eye on at Asheville Christian Academy this season. He’s shown he can operate off the bounce as a utility guard and get to his spots on the floor to make things happen in the painted area. He’s a strong-framed guard that’s shown he’s ready to turn a corner this season with his play in the backcourt and on the wing.

Bailey is one of those guys that is incredibly difficult to defend due to his unique 6’4 frame that also holds plenty of strength and weight. He moves well, attacks the rim and mid-range, and will also shoot a perimeter jumper at a solid clip. Guards aren’t ideal to defend him because they get buried in the paint, and bigs can’t compete with him laterally on the perimeter. He needs to continue working on his aggression and taking what is his, exploiting those mismatches more often, but that kind of frame with the offensive abilities he has is not common. Expect for him to have a big senior year.
