Miles Masercola | Prep Hoops Scout
Rogers is a really high level sniper out of Asheville Christian who will be playing with Dub Salem 16u this spring/summer. Rogers size and shooting ability allows him to make shots over defenders with relative ease along with having the ability to exploit smaller guards off the bounce when needed. Rogers plays the game the right way, he’s super confident but doesn’t force shots or try to make plays beyond the offense. Rogers has steadily progressed in his overall game becoming a truly more complete player as he heads into his 16u summer. With his size, willingness to do whatever it takes to win, and outside touch, I fully expect Rogers to have that building block 16u summer as he approaches his Junior year at Asheville Christian where I think he’ll start to garner some next level attention as he is clearly tracking as a next level guy.

. With Asheville Christian enjoying another winning season, Rogers outside shooting and selflessness have been a major key to this teams success. Rogers continues to develop physically as he gets taller, grows into his frame, and is becoming a more well rounded athlete. There’s no doubt about the fact that his shooting is what is his true calling card on the floor. He is more than capable of attacking closeouts and finishing at the rim as his confidence in his overall game continues to grow. As Rogers continues to gain experience and confidence, he should undoubtedly develop into a next level player!

Rogers is a productive presence in the Dub Salem rotation in NC’s 2027 class to make note of. He’s quite the connector given his ability to defend with energy and move without the ball to make things happen as a playmaker on the fly. He produced 14.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.0 blocks and 2.0 steals per game at the MadeHoops East Mania as they went 4-0. He’s a prospect out of Tuscola High with quite the glue-guy ingredients in his wheelhouse working his way up the PH radar.
