Kurth plays with a high IQ and a team-first mindset, consistently making the right reads, and he did a ton of things that stood out for me personally. He can knock down shots when open and keeps the ball moving without over-dribbling, which gives you an understanding of how he operates. Kurth also understands spacing and timing, and those things were quietly impacting the flow of the offense for Rocky Mountain Rebound in a fast-paced game. He looked to be a reliable presence who doesn’t force action but still contributes, making him a player worth tracking as he continues to develop. I am excited to see if he continues that play on the weekend, as he stood out on day 1.
