Logan Greenwell | Prep Hoops Scout
Crafty senior guard that does a good job doing whatever the team needs from him. Need him to run the offense and get guys involved? He’s capable of doing that. He’s an excellent shooter off the catch with deep range and smooth release. He’s shown the ability to get in the lane and finish in a variety of different ways, including a nice floater with soft touch.

Murphy put his name on the map here in Michigan. He was a grinder all weekend, playing with a lot of grit and heart. If that wasn’t enough, he also showed the ability to be a game changer with his jumper from beyond the arc. Murphy had a big shooting weekend and was a key part of the Indiana Eclipse taking home the Platinum championship.

One of the more impressive lead guards at the Prep Hoops Indiana State Tournament, Murphy was in constant control of the game when handling the ball for Indiana Attack Basketball Club 2026. The Penn High School product proved himself against good competition running the show and contributing to winning. He is a good shooter capable of creating his own shot, is an accurate and willing passer, and didn’t get sped up even when being hounded by athletic defenders. Murphy averaged 13.5 points per game for IABC over the weekend and is one to watch as he continues to develop and get bigger.

Murphy is a 5’11” point guard from Penn High School that displayed good playmaking ability on Sunday. He can drive it in either direction, is under control enough to make decisions on the fly, and finishes well at the end of his drives.
