One of several talented pieces, especially in the backcourt, for Legacy Ice Elite , Perry was a big part of their undefeated weekend at the Havoc in the Heartland. Perry is an athletic guard with good positional size and strength in the backcourt. He had a ton of success off of the dribble utilizing those physical tools to finish at the rim consistently. Some of Perry’s best play came in the second half while helping secure a victory for Legacy Ice Elite 17u over Progeny UAA 17u.

One of the most productive junior guards in the state that probably hasn’t gotten as much statewide attention is this 6’2″ playmaker from Columbus North High School. Perry poured in 25 points in Thursday night’s 70-63 win over Covenant Christian. The Bull Dogs are 12-10 entering Sectional 14 where they are among the teams that will compete to cut down the nets.

has continued to see his stock rise throughout the year with him leading the Bulldogs with 19.3 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. The 6’1″ athletic guard is excellent at getting to the basket off of the bounce while also being a knockdown shooter, as well. You can watch him when Columbus North opens up Sectional play vs Columbus East.

. Finishing with a game-high 22 points, Perry played with a tough motor, and while he did not force anything, he was aggressive hunting down his shot. He hit a few big threes but felt he was at his best when he attacked the defense and played through the contact. A strong showing for him in the Columbus North loss.

Columbus North will have one of the best backcourts in the state this season. Perry averaged 12.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 2.4 steals per game as a sophomore and should continue to break out as a junior. The 6’1″ athletic guard is excellent at getting to the basket off of the bounce. He is an aggressive driver with the physical strength to play through contact as he attacks the rim. Perry continues to prove himself as an under-the-radar guard to follow in the Class of 2027.

Perry impressed us on Friday evening with a 22-point performance in Columbus North’s win over Linton. The rising junior guard looked bigger than we remembered both height wise and strength wise. Alongside the possible physical growth, Perry remains highly skilled with the ball in his hands. He can really shoot it from the perimeter, is crafty playing off of ballscreens, and has a sneaky explosive pop when going to finish at the rim which he did well with both hands.

One of the better up-and-coming shooting guards we have in the in-state 2027 class and is coming off a big sophomore year at Columbus North. Averaging a strong 12.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game as a sophomore, Perry is a 6-foot-1 shooting guard that just brings playmaking on the floor. He is really good at making shots off the dribble and has a solid flow to his game. Interested to see more of him come June.
