Another prospect that we saw both at the IBCA Top 100 on Friday night and then again Saturday morning at Super Hoops, Lang played very well in the 8:00 a.m. game that we watched. He is a strong, 6’0” guard with a lot of ball skill. Lang can shoot it well from three-point range when he is playing off of the ball or create his own shot in the mid-range when serving as the primary ball handler. His intermediate range finishing ability really stood out on Saturday. The rising senior from Trinity Lutheran does a good job of playing off of two feet which helps him as a passer as well.

showed he can truly do it all. He played as a playmaker but also proved he’s a scoring threat. He knocked down shots from the outside and got downhill when needed. What stood out most was his decision-making he consistently made the right play for his team.

of Trinity Lutheran. This guy is just a playmaker of a guard with him leading the Cougars with 17.3 points and 3.1 assists per game for them. Lang is a under-the-radar playmaker that has proven himself as a big time scorer, especially as a knockdown shooter and his combination of shooting ability and downhill passing make it very difficult for opposing defenses. You can watch him this week when Liberty Christian opens up Sectional play vs Shawe Memorial.

has exploded in his junior year being one of the highest scoring players in all of the southern Indiana area. Averaging 18.5 points per game, Lang is a under-the-radar playmaker that has proven himself as a big time scorer, especially as a knockdown shooter. is combination of shooting ability and downhill passing make it very difficult for opposing defenses. Could see him making a big jump over the next year.

It is good to see this junior guard healthy and back on the floor. Lang wasted no time lighting up the stat sheet as the 6’1″ junior guard poured in eight three-point shots and 33 points in Trinity Lutheran’s 72-47 win over Mitchell.

A 6’1″ guard from Trinity Luthern, Lang has proven himself as a big time scorer and one of the best shooters in southern Indiana. However, while playing with Indiana Elite Central, he takes over more of a true ball handling and playmaking role. His combination of shooting ability and downhill passing make it very difficult for opposing defenses. Lang averaged 7.2 points and a team-leading 2.8 assists per game.

Lang led Trinity Lutheran in scoring as a freshman at 15.0 points per game as they went on to win a Sectional championship. However, injuries derailed his sophomore season a bit. We have seen him play enough overall to know what he is capable of, but after establishing himself as one of the best shooters in southern Indiana it was too bad to see him miss so much time as a sophomore. Anxious to see him back on the floor this summer.

Another standout prospect in southern Indiana, Lang helped lead Trinity Lutheran to a Class 1A Sectional Championship as a freshman while averaging an impressive 15.0 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game. The 6’1″ guard also shot 53-143 (37.1%) from three-point range. Lang was one of the top scorers in the freshman class last season and has proven himself among the best shooters in his class. That level of production alone made it tough to keep him out of the Top 50. We definitely are excited to continue evaluating him further.

One of the most accomplished shooters and all-around scorers in the freshman class last season, Lang is poised to really breakout this coming year for a Trinity Lutheran team that could make some noise in Class 1A. The 6’1″ guard is an excellent catch-and-shoot threat with sound footwork on the perimeter. However, he also has the playmaking ability necessary to run the point which could make him even more valuable as a prospect down the road. Definitely a name to remember in the coming years out of southern Indiana.

One of the top freshman scorers in the state last season, Lang averaged 15.0 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game at Trinity Lutheran. Furthermore, he shot an impressive 53-143 (37.1%) from three-point range. That shooting ability, which he displays both off of the dribble and from the catch, is what stands out most when watching this young prospect. He proved himself against a higher level of competition this spring and summer with Grand Park Premier 15u and should be poised for yet another big high school season this winter.
