Big time scorer out of Bremen that’s having a big start to his spring for Legacy Ice Elite 2027. Devine is a big frame guard that’s able to get buckets in a variety of different ways. Really good shooter off the catch while having the ability to get to any spot on the floor. Comfortable in the midrange and has shown to rise up over defenders while also using his strength to get in the paint and finish through contact.
