About Alexander

What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?

My biggest strength as a player is doing the little components of the game, such as communicating on defense, getting rebounds, keeping my head up even when a shot doesn't fall in, and being a team player. I value bringing in my teammates into all aspects of the game to enhance team success and winning spirit on the court.

What are you working to improve right now?

Currently, I'm working to improve my shooting efficiency. Although I shoot the ball, I often struggle to make shots consistently over time. This season, I'm looking forward to showcase improvements in my shooting. Additionally, I have been sharpening up on my ball handling skills to keep my moves precise on the court.

What are you looking for in a college program?

In a college program, I'm looking for a tightly knit basketball program, high-level academics, and a welcoming atmosphere with encouraging staff and students.

Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?

Outside of basketball, coaches should know that I enjoy the grind and value the times when my teachers and coaches push me to be a better player, student, and individual in general. I have strong academic grades, I encourage my peers to be better people, and always strive to shed light in every room I enter.

What do you want to study, and what career interests you?

I want to study in the engineering field, specifically software or computer engineering. I have strong expertise in computer programming, thanks to the class I've taken that are tailored to this field.
