Gordon, out of Brewster Academy in New Hampshire, checks in at #22 among the point guards and #150 overall. Gordon has continued to impress in his senior season with his high level decision making, consistency as a perimeter shooter, and commitment to the defensive end of the floor. He does a nice job of playing at his own speed in ball screen actions, makes passes that lead to scoring opportunities, and does a nice job of sliding off the ball and knocking down threes at a high clip in catch and shoot situations. Defensively, he is consistently in the right spot in rotation, does a nice job of keeping opposing ball-handlers out of the paint, and chases down rebounds in space. He’ll continue his playing career at Bates and should have a nice four-year career in the NESCAC.

Gordon is always one of my favorite players to watch, and I really liked what he showed against St. Luke’s on Friday night. The Bates commit has awesome discernment in the pick and roll, but he looks a lot more aggressive this year and really excelled as a three point shooter to start the weekend. He’s a really excellent shooter who will probably walk right into playing time at Bates next season if I had to guess. He’s as solid as they come on both ends.

Gordon is a 6’0″ guard out of Brewster Academy. The 2026 prospect hounds opposing ball-handlers at the point of attack, using his lateral mobility and quick hands to make plays on the ball. He can guard either backcourt spot and does a nice job of making plays out of rotation. Offensively, he continues to show off some impressive athleticism and nice burst off the bounce, allowing him to make plays as a scorer or facilitator. He’s become a consistent scoring threat in catch and shoot situations and has the ability to turn the corner off the bounce out of ball screens, showing creativity as a scorer around the rim.

Every time I watch Gordon play, I’m wow’d by his ability to run the show and be a floor general. He’s so unselfish with the ball, always looking for kick ahead passes in transition and making the simple spray out passes in the half court once he gets paint touches. In the pick and roll, he’s super decisive and really understands how to play at his own pace. He also has some scoring chops and can shoot it from the outside, especially once he gets hot. The Brewster Academy point guard is having an excellent season for NSSA on the New Balance circuit, and I think high D3 schools should be all over him despite his lack of size.

Gordon was probably the most solid point guard I saw in the Varsity division on Saturday – he’s a joy to watch play the game. He’s cerebral in the pick and roll and makes the right decision offensively again and again. His vision is off the charts, and he showcased it with a ridiculous full-court bounce pass to one of his bigs for an easy dunk. He can also step out and knock down the three ball and consistently competes with effort and intensity. Looking for a guy to confidently run your team? Gordon is your guy. Love watching him play the game.

Gordon is a very controlled point guard who runs the show quite well for Brewster. He’s quick and has an excellent handle, and he makes all the right passes and plays for his teammates. He’s also a very good outside shooter who can shoot off the catch or can get to his step-back and make shots off the dribble. He plays with a lot of energy, enthusiasm and joy and is the exact kind of guy you want running your team. Size will likely limit his recruitment, but Gordon is only a junior and should absolutely be on a college roster in a couple years.

is a lights-out shooting point guard with quick-twitch athleticism. With smooth and solid mechanics, he can rise over defenders and knock down shots off the catch and on the move. Gordon is highly efficient and has a big upside as a future off-the-dribble scorer because of his plus form and body control. He also can handle the ball effectively, and use his quickness and his shooting gravity to get to the basket through a crowd. Gordon makes smart decisions by whipping passes to open shooters and can create turnovers with his quick hands on the defensive side of the court. The ceiling is high as a lead guard and therefore should be someone who coaches and programs continue to monitor.
