Top players to keep an eye on
Marvel Allen (Benjamin)
The 6’4″ forward spent time on varsity as an 8th grader and is super athletic.
Nate Sasser (Grandview Prep)
A well-known mixtape star, the 6’5″ guard has been dunking for a while now and should be the next star at Grandview Prep. His vision is through the roof.
Jaylen Carey (University)
The younger brother of 2019 Duke signee Vernon Carey Jr., Jaylen is 6’6″ and coming into his own.
Carl Cherenfant (Calvary Christian)
Expect 6’4″ guard Carl Cherenfant to fit right into the aggressive Calvary Christian tempo.
Jahzare Jackson (IMG Blue)
You’ve probably seen the pictures of Jackson standing next to LeBron James (LINK). It isn’t a shock that the 6’10” is that big, but it is that he’s smooth footed.
Ryan and Matthew Bewley (Northeast)
The 6’7″ Bewley twins are at Oakland Park Northeast for this upcoming season. Both lengthy forwards have offers from Iowa State, UF and USF already.
Osmar Garcia Araujo (Riviera Prep)
The 6’6″ guard/forward is already a tough-nosed slasher who was a top scorer as an 8th grader for a state semifinalist Riviera Prep.
Sam Walters (The Villages)
The 6’7″ lengthy forward is being groomed for a big role as a spot up shooter for The Villages this season.
David “DJ” Delancy (Somerset Pines)
This is a true 6’3” athlete for Somerset Pines right here who is mature beyond his years at the age of 14.
