2020s
Henry Coleman – 6’7 – Team Loaded VA
Henry Coleman is a physically imposing big man with his 6-foot-7, 205-pound frame and is a walking double-double on the basketball floor. He’s got a good number of Division I offers already so look for him to start narrowing down his recruitment soon.
Mark Williams – 7’0 – Boo Williams
Mark Williams is a talented 7-footer that runs the floor well and finishes everything with authority in the paint. He’s learning to play the anchor position on defense in the paint and as he does, look for more top programs to come calling for his services.
Clarence Rupert – 6’6 – Boo Williams
Clarence Rupert is a versatile inside-outside threat on this Boo Williams 17U squad for the first season. He won the Class 5A State Player of the Year award for Maury High this past season, this summer he looks to add more hardware. As he learns to play with speed, look for him to be a valuable asset for Boo Williams.
Jamal West – 6’6 – Team Thrill
Jamal West is a tweener prospect for Team Thrill. He posted 18 points, 13 rebounds, two blocks and two steals against Boo Williams, despite losing by a few points. He’s got a relentless motor on the interior and can finish strong around the basket.
2021s
Kyrese Mullen – 6’5 – Boo Williams
Kyrese Mullen is a solid big man prospect with his size at 6-foot-5 and 225-pounds. He’s liable to rack up 10+ rebounds every game with his ability to snag everything within a 2-5 foot radius. He’s learning to play big and if he does, look for college coaches to take notice.
Roosevelt Wheeler – 6’9 – Team Loaded VA
Roosevelt Wheeler is another emerging big man for Team Loaded VA’s 17U squad. He’s playing up a level and as he adjusts, he should become an impact player in the frontcourt alongside Henry Coleman.
Zaakir Williamson – 6’7 – DC Premier
Zaakir Williamson is a player that is quickly learning how to run the lane and get easy baskets around the basket. As he improves his conditioning, look for him to get some more bounce in his step as the best interior player for his DC Premier squad.
Taquan Woodley – 6’8 – WeR1
Blocks everything in his range with reckless abandon. He racked up four blocks for his team as their defensive stopper in the paint. He’s a player who’s stock should grow a ton with his physically imposing style of play.
