He has a maturity to his game that you have to love as he doesn’t get rattled by any type of defense that is thrown at him. For a good portion of the game he was a one man press break, splitting defenders and using his speed and strength to blow by one on one matchups.
Team Thunder 2021 Guard Josh McNair: His scoring was one of the areas that helped his team build a pretty good lead in their first matchup of the day although they would come up short. It seems as if he finds ways to put the ball in the bucket but doesn’t necessarily try to do overdo things by playing outside of what he is comfortable with.
Flight 22 2021 Guard Demario Norris: One of the more consistently productive players on the team, he has a good mixture of speed/strength and understands how to get where he wants without much of an issue. He was constantly attacking the defense and was one of the players that came up with some key steals as they made a big time comeback in one of their pool play games.
Flight 22 2021 Guard Demetrius Polk Jr: Played some wing as well as the guard spot on occasion for the squad and had some flashes of where he showed how good he can possibly be. When he’s locked in on both ends of the floor and aggressive but remaining under control, he can be a very solid player.
DCBC 2021 Guard Michael King: One of the leaders on the DCBC squad, he brings a good amount of intensity and energy from the PG spot. His intensity on the defensive end helped to force some turnovers which would lead to transition buckets for his squad that helped give them a pretty big lead in game 2 of the day.
Fayetteville Stars 2021 Julius Brown: Although their final game was a bit lopsided with them coming up short, he was a player that kept letting it fly. He knocked down a few shots from three point land late in the game as well as driving the ball to the paint on a few occasions.
