Tommy Chatman Jr – 6’4 combo guard of Park Center (1). Has previously picked up several offers from D2 schools and has visited Northern State and Winona State, had Valpo watch him the other night, Chatman is the glue to this Park Center team. High IQ player with good size at lead guard. Second leading PC scorer, leads in assists.
Malik Willingham – 6’2 shooting guard of Waseca (2). Malik is a scoring guard that is constantly gameplanned for but still shoots 48.2 percent from the field and 39.3 percent at the arc. Malik is averaging 19.7 points, 6.4 assists, 4.3 rebounds, and 3.2 steals a game on a 1-loss, very balanced team.
Jalen Dearring – 6’0 point guard of Hopkins (3). Honestly where would Hopkins be without Jalen running the show and distributing to all of this talent in the starting five? He’s done a wonderful job mastering the PG spot for this team averaging 4.8 assists and double figuring scoring numbers. Dearring has also shot 40.1 percent from the arc this year.
Eli Campbell – 6’1 combo guard of Minneapolis North (4). The top player in the Minneapolis City Conference this year Eli led North to state scoring 17.4 points per game shooting 37.3 percent at the arc. Also averaging four assists and has 100 steals in 30 games.
Jared Rainey – 6’1 point guard of Maple Grove (5). The Crimson playmaker splits between his attacking 13 points a contest and also moving the ball for a balanced veteran group totaling five assists a game. Rainey has quick hands and can rattle an opposing guard leading to two steals a night.
Spencer Konence – 6’9 power forward of Bemidji (6). The best senior available big in the state tournament is also going to be a six time varsity tennis player so you know the hand-eye coordination, footwork, and hands are there. Averaging a double-double at 14.2 points and 11.1 rebounds a contest while shooting 55.4 percent from the field.
Khari Broadway – 6’2 combo guard of Park Center (7). Khari is experienced in all ways one can. Has played both guard spots in four years as a varsity player, has defended several spots, has been a main scoring option and a supporting offensive player, and has overcome injuries to be a dependable senior on the big school one seed.
Adam Williams – a 6’1 shooting guard of Princeton (8). Adam is scoring17.3 points a game with 4.9 assists and 4.3 boards on average. Adam is a 39 percent shooter at the arc and one of the smarter players that will be in the tournament this week. Excellent passer, 39/40 three-point shooter, and a loyal teammate guys love competing with.
Cade Goggleye – 6’2 combo guard of North Woods (9). Cade Goggleye is a 2,000 point scorer who also holds the state record for a single games of steals. Averaging 17 points, 7.4 assists, 3.7 steals, and four rebounds a game.
Medi Obang – 6’0 combo guard of Austin (10). Medi is scoring 18.8 points per contest for Austin while jumping passing lanes for 2.9 steals per game. Shooting 44.5 percent from the floor, is a 34.1 percent three point shooter and makes over 70 percent of his foul shots.
