Brandon helped lead DC Assault to a 15u championship on the New Balance P32 circuit. He is a quick, shifty lead guard who is very difficult for defenders to keep out of the paint. The sophomore has a great command of the basketball and is capable of being both a scorer and distributor. He has impressive court vision and is a reliable decision maker as a lead guard prospect in the 2029 recruiting class.

Brandon reclassed to 2029 and and made a move to Potomac School and looks poised to rise up the rankings in the rising sophomore class. He is a scoring lead guard who can put the ball in the basket at all three levels. He has an excellent command of the basketball and a high basketball IQ to along with the ability to pass and find open teammates. The 2029 class in the DMV area is littered with talent, but Brandon is one of the prospects that made a big impression on me as the weekend concluded. Potomac has a roster that is well-suited to make a serious run in the MAC this season, which means as the lead guard, there will be high expectations for Brandon. He looked more than capable this weekend of answering the all with his command on the ball, ability to handle it under full court pressure and regularly create advantages from the point of attack. He was a steady producer and did what he needed to do providing stability in the half court, pushed the tempo and read the entire floor, but kept the defense guessing as he put pressure on the rim where he finished with either hand. The rising sophomore posted a loaded stat line of 10PPG, 6.3APG and 5.5RPG as Potomac finished 3-1 in S1.

-The combination of reclass and transfer to a Potomac team that needs his play-making really popped this weekend as Brandon proved to be a shifty point guard that understands how to set up and exploit angles in the half court. Loved the way that he’s able to get into gaps and process quickly on the fly to deliver on-time and on-target passes or use that play-making gravity to get a bucket for himself. The first step and acrobatic finishing basket around the basket really stood out as a young guard prospect that seems set to flourish in Coach Myers’ system.
