This position group continues to be strong throughout the state. Some can play multiple spots on offense, while others can defense multiple positions on defense. See what this crop of rising seniors have to offer in June:

Zi'yon Henderson-Conkey | 6'3 W 2027 Howard

If someone throws him an oop or if there's a missed shot off the glass, Henderson-Conkey can go up and get it. He doesn't need a play called for him because he sores for offensive rebounds and feasts on cuts to the basket. Henderson-Conkey will also fly up and down the floor in transition and the steals and defensive boards he grabs give him ample opportunity to do that.

[player_tooltip player_id='2566681' first='Graling' last='High III'] | 6'4 W 2027 MOT Charter

With lean, long arms, High III blocks threes on one end and knocks them down on the other. He's a cunning off-ball defender who uses his rangey and physical tools to close ground quickly on rotations and when he jumps passes. He also has the movement skills to disrupt the other team's primary offensive threat. In addition to his three-ball and points-off-of-turnovers, High III capitalizes on closeouts and makes hustle plays on the glass.

[player_tooltip player_id='2375232' first='Kareem' last='King'] | 6'4 W 2027 Dover

Whether he's attacking off-the-catch, cutting off-ball, or out-running everyone on fastbreaks, King inevitably finds his way to the rim. His sense of downhill urgency and movement ability usually result in a high volume of shots in the paint. And because he lives in transition, King routinely plays above the rim with a tomahawk dunk or an alley oop. And many of those opportunities come from him making disruptive plays when his opponents have the ball and his team needs to flip the momentum.

[player_tooltip player_id='2364683' first='Shane' last='Lopez'] | 6'2 G/W 2027 Middletown

When he's not making shots, Lopez contributes at an invaluable level with his effort on the boards, his connective passes, and his off-ball defense. His team can always count on him to chip in in a variety of ways throughout every contest, despite not being the tallest player or the highest leaper.. But it shouldn't be mistaken, his jumper is his greatest asset. Lopez hits threes in clusters. Once he sees the first go in, more usually follow soon after.

[player_tooltip player_id='2614922' first='Kalil' last='Riley'] | 6'5 W 2027 Tower Hill

Riley has the ability to change games with his playmaking on defense, while keeping his foot on the gas on offense. With his impressive wingspan and feel on that side of the ball, he quickly racks up blocks and steals. In one stretch, Riley can lock down the best player, then, in another, he can clean up mistakes as his team's defensive anchor. And, lacking no aggression offensively, Riley wins with his tools. He attacks missed shots and plays off-the-catch, on top of his shooting from distance.
