Chad Graham | Prep Hoops Scout
Finally inserted into the starting lineup after being a key reserve during his sophomore year, King became Dover’s most consistent scorer. Without being the primary option on that end, but he gashed defenses by playing effectively without the ball. King put pressure on the rim as a cutter and by attacking closeouts. A high flyer on fastbreaks, he made teams pay for getting back late, on top creating additional transition opportunities with his defense.

King is an elite at running the floor in transition and is a ball hawk. He always seems to be in timely spots on the floor to convert scoring chances. He is a tad of a tweener and unsure what his true position is. I would like to see him become a more improved shooter from behind the arc. He is a switchable defender.

In addition to being a twitchy run-and-jump wing, King can do a little bit of everything and a lot in transition. Becoming more consistent spotting up from three will only enhance his ability to threaten the defense with his athleticism.
