The Calhoun transfer was a standout on Long Island and now takes his talents to the CHSAA. He’s a lanky guard who can play above the rim, he creates steals and loves to knock down threes. Cross gets another athletic defender, he plays well off the ball, he can help on the glass and guard multiple positions. Excited to see how this staff uses him moving forward. 

The junior guard transfers into the Queens program after being one of the top scorers at the 16U level of 3SSB play this season. Pierre-Charles is dangerous as a shooter, but equally capable of getting to the rim as well. He fits into a guard rotation with plenty of talent while also bringing a set skill that should help him to find the floor early into his Holy Cross career.

One of the big winners of the grassroots season in the NYC area, Pierre-Charles was a breakout performer on Wiz Kid’s 16U team this season. A shifty scorer off the dribble who is equally dangerous from three, Pierre-Charles was able to create offense almost as well as he score the ball. Keep an eye out for him at Holy Cross this season.

Providing legitimate floor spacing ability, Ashton Pierre-Charles impressed the most as a confident and versatile outside shot maker. Shooting the three ball at a rather efficient clip from the perimeter, Pierre-Charles showcased some strong intangibles that highlight the extent of his dangerous shot making ability— hunting his shot aggressively and actively looking for outside scoring opportunities, extended deep range accuracy, and the versatility as a shooter to be effective as a spot up shooter as well as create slight separation off the bounce and knock down outside shots off the dribble.
