Part of what separates Prep Hoops Indiana from the competition is the amount of time we spend in the gym. We don't just cover our own events. We don't just cover games during the high school or hit the big grassroots events. Instead, we make sure that we spend time getting out across the state to any and all events that we can logistically make work. Sunday afternoon was a perfect example of that as we attended the Marian University Elite Camp featuring about 60 highly talented prospects across the Classes of 2026-2029. Here are some of the top individual performers from the event.

It is hard to find a more physically impressive big man in Indiana's Class of 2026 than [player_tooltip player_id='2828525' first='Prince' last='Anga'] from Ben Davis High School. The 6'7" center is so incredibly strong, but maintains some fluid athleticism and the ability to move around the basket. He was able to cut to the blocks from the elbows and get clean catches that he finished at the rim consistently. Anga is also a consistent force on the offensive glass and defensively up around the rim.

Another impressive Class of 2027 prospect with good size, Dougherty can also stretch the floor out beyond three-point range as a shooter. He has a compact stroke and high release point that project well for his ability to make them going forward. The 6'8"-6'9" forward/center has transferred from West Vigo to Terre Haute North High School for his junior season and should make an instant impact for the Patriots. He played very well at Marian's Elite Camp on Sunday.

One of the highest ranked prospects in attendance at Marian on Sunday, Gregg is ranked #19 in the Class of 2027 by Prep Hoops Kentucky. The standout from North Oldham High School really shined showcasing his impressive combination of size, athleticism, and skill. College coaches across all levels will want to continue evaluating this prospect over the next two seasons.

Kalala's motor always stands out first and foremost. That is especially true at these showcase events. The 6'7" center from Southport High School was routinely whipping his opponents on the rim run. Most impressively, Kalala finished a lot of interior shots at the rim with is right hand which was good to see from the lefty. His mix of size, athleticism, and strength make him a very intriguing two-way front court prospect.

Marian landed the older Lindeman brother, Luke, in the Class of 2025 and now are looking to potentially target this Class of 2027 standout. Lindeman continues to grow seemingly every time we watch him play. Now standing at a legitimate 6'5"-6'6" with a long, athletic build he is ready to really breakout during his junior season at Bloomington High School North. He is ranked #21 in the Class of 2027 by Prep Hoops Indiana.

We just wrote about McCormack yesterday as he was one of the standouts at "The Expo" host by us at Prep Hoops Indiana on Sunday. The 6'9" left-handed forward/center from Bishop Chatard turned around on Sunday and was once again a top performer at Marian University's Elite Camp. The way he shoots it at his size is really, really impressive. McCormack is quickly becoming a very intriguing prospect in Indiana's Class of 2027.

One of the most accurate three-point shooters in Indiana's Class of 2026, Sims put his shot-making ability on display at Marian. The 6'1" guard went 11-16 from beyond the arc in live 5-on-5 action. He remains a highly sought after small college guard and is poised for what could be a monster senior season at Pendleton Heights High School.

Another highly regarded prospect from the state of Kentucky, Swartz comes in ranked #29 in the Class of 2027 by Prep Hoops Kentucky. The 6'3" athletic guard was excellent in the open floor at Marian showcasing his ability to explode to the rim and score while also maintaining sound playmaking ability for his teammates. He is an impressive two-way perimeter threat for Great Crossing High School that should blossom into an expanded role this winter as a junior.
