Green Team Preview – Toledo Top 64

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Toledo Top 64 is back for its 4th consecutive year, and this will be the preview of the Green team at this event!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This green team is littered with absolute dogs. Some decently ranked players, but this squad is full of players who are going to show up to take someone else's spot ahead of them at the event. They all know they are talented and good, and they are hungry to prove it. He is a smaller guard with a lot of skills to complement his game. He can score the ball against anyone on the floor. He is a creative player around the rim with good touch. I like his ability not to force it and take bad shots. He is a very skilled player and confident, but is smart enough not to force it. I really like how physical and strong he is. He is a big forward who is physically imposing and wears you down. He is a solid player in the post and knows when to attack the rim to score. He has a good touch around the rim with both hands. He is a great rebounder and rim protector. He is another highly confident player for this team who will shoot the lights out at Scott High School. Theobalds has an unlimited range with a super quick release. He gets his feet set quickly and gets his shot off even quicker. He does not lose confidence and does not need much space to get the ball off. I think he will be better than what I have seen on film because he already shows great quickness and change of speed when attacking the rim. He is a highly skilled and talented slasher with a ton of creativity in the lane. He is a downhill explosive player. I really like his athleticism and skill set. He has great size for a guard and can do anything you want offensively. He is efficient with his touches and knows how to score. He is a confident player. I'm excited to see him grow on defense. He will walk into your program and command the floor. He has a ton of varsity experience, and it shows in the big moment because he is operating as if it were practice. He has a smart IG for the game. Knows when to attack and create for himself or teammates. He is a knockdown shooter with unlimited range. When he gets hot from beyond the arc, it's extremely fun to watch. He is a 6'9 forward from Coldwater who finished his AAU season playing with the Buckets. He has been talked about with a high potential and ceiling. He can do what you want him to do athletically. Nice vertical athlete and is strong around the rim. Can protect the paint and get boards. He has been a variety player at Emmanuel Christian for the first two years of high school, but now starts a new journey at Clay. I expect him to be the focal point for their team and offense. I think he will be great in this role because of his ability to attack the rim.
