A disappointing loss for Ontario who were without 2028 forward Trey Remy Trey Remy 6'5" | C Ontario | 2028 OH , Brown stood out as a primary creator for his team. Able to get downhill going left, Brown really only showed the ability to attack with his dominant hand. An impressive jump passer, Brown confused the defense a handful of times with the jump pass, finding a cutter for an easy layup. Multiple breakaway layups off steals, Ontario is at their best when they can turn defense into fast break offensive opportunities with Brown and Trindon Flenoury Trindon Flenoury 6'0" | SG/PG Ontario | 2028 State OH each averaging a couple of steals per game. Hoping to see Brown start to show the ability to attack with his right hand the next time I see him, it would make him tougher to stop in the halfcourt.

Brown is one of the higher talented players coming to this event that I have not watched in person yet. I think he will be better than what I have seen on film because he already shows great quickness and change of speed when attacking the rim. He is a highly skilled and talented slasher with a ton of creativity in the lane. He is a downhill explosive player. He is a top 40 player in his class and someone who will continue to shine this upcoming school year and at this event.                            

Ontario has a trio of 2028 prospects who made a splash at our freshman showcase last August, all showing impressive potential to play at the next level. Brown was the most productive of the trio as a freshman, earning all state honors and scoring over 14 PPG. The slashing ability of Brown is tough to stop as he has a strong upper body, can change directions quickly off the dribble and the lefty has soft touch at the basket. Look for Ontario to be one of the top programs in Division IV over the next three seasons as their 2028 class is loaded with talent.
