While Flemon isn’t traveling with I4 this spring and summer he was still at practice getting reps. Similar to his minutes off the bench this past season for Millwood, he is a flat out sniper from deep. Has range that extends past the high school line, which gives him a potential next level trait. While he’s currently on the shorter side, he has a plus wingspan and the youthful signs of a youngster yet to hit his growth spurt.

Even on a team filled with outstanding seniors, Flemon carved out his niche with high energy play and fearless shooting from deep. It wasn’t just piling on late in many of the blowouts the Falcons recorded. He helped provided haymakers of own in the first half of games, including the State Championship contest. Shooting can change games and Flemons seems to have that in his bag with the confident way he lets it fly. Rather it be off the dribble or as a spot up threat. But it will be interesting to track the development of the rest of his game to judge his proper longterm potential.

Everyone knows the impact made from Millwood’s 2026 class over the past few seasons. Flemon leads the next generation of impact players in the program as a lead guard. While the Falcons flew to some impressive postseason victories, Flemon was instrumental in helping to provide depth and scoring. The freshman worked hard early in the title game against Roland, to help extend an early lead that eventually turned into a knockout punch for the Falcons. Harlem has gotten better and better as a shooter as the season has progressed. Saturday was no different, as he provided a lift early in the game with a pair of triples. His second quarter 3-pointer bumped the lead from eight to 11 points. Millwood would close the quarter on a big run to lead, 37-21 at the break and never look back.

An aggressive, long armed guard. Did a little bit of everything on the offense end. Has some creative flair and vision, most evident with a nice no look kick out. Like the variety to his scoring, with drives, mid-range and spot up threes. Another piece in an impressing looking group of Millwood freshmen.
