This Garner Road 3SSB 16u team has had a ton of early success on the circuit as they’ve compiled a 7-1 record through two sessions, including a 4-0 week in Indiana in front of the coaches for the live period. St. Louis averaged 11.8 Points, 4.3 Rebounds, 3.3 Assists, and 0.8 Steals per game on the weekend. The cerebral PG play along with the high level skill makes St. Louis a prototypical floor general that can also take the game over by calling his own number. St. Louis has a super refined floater game in the middle of the floor that he relies on for a lot of his offense. He can make outside shots, really push the pace, and operate out of ball screens with high levels of comfort. This Garner Road 16 group is a real contender to win 3SSB with St. Louis having the keys to the whole show. Look for St. Louis to represent Canada incredibly well this summer in international play before returning to this group for the July stretch.

St. Louis had a really strong first season in North Carolina at Winston-Salem Christian this past season and has used that momentum to carry into his success thus far with Garner Road 16u 3SSB. He’s got a great natural pace and flow to his game that allows him to operate with the basketball and make plays for himself or others at a high volume. St. Louis is really high level at operating out of ball screens where he often gets to his spot in the middle of the floor where he takes runners and floaters at a high volume and efficiency. St. Louis does a remarkable job balancing his own scoring with his playmaking as he helps run this team at a high level. St. Louis checks a lot of the boxes for a high level skilled guard and is starting to get the recruiting attention that comes with that.

St. Louis is a big time PG prospect that will find himself near the top of the 2028 rankings here in NC soon and his play helped pace Garner Road 3SSB 16u to a 3-1 weekend in SoCal. St. Louis averaged 13.0 Points, 4.0 Rebounds, 3.8 Assists, and 1.5 Steals per game with 41/33/86 shooting splits to boot. St. Louis ability to run an offense while finding his own offense in the process is super high level. He’s got great touch on his floater with the ability to make the right read far more often than not as he had a 2.5 A:TO ratio on the weekend. St. Louis is a dynamic playmaking guard to monitor for this Garner Road group that looks to be a force on the 3SSB Circuit this season.

The quick twitchy ball handler played a little erratic throughout the two games he played. But flash his ball handling chops, Downhill ability putting rim pressure and scored Fast, has counters and finishes with blend of power and finesse. Dynamic driver, as he can attack both ways effectively. Scored 27 points on 10-26 from the field, 2 rebounds, and 9 assists in the two games this weekend. Once Kenyon improves on his perimeter (0-6 3pt FG) shooting. Kenyon has the potential to be an all-around guard to monitor for the next two years.

Canada Elite won the 15 U championship and their point guard was the engine behind their offense and earned two Division I offers the day following the championship game. I was most impressed with St Louis’ passing ability, showing the ability to make a variety of passes including kick outs, finding cutters and alley-oops. His highlight pass of the game came during the fourth quarter where he perfectly threw a lob from behind half court for a dunk. As a scorer, St Louis mostly got to the paint off the dribble and converted some floaters and had a sweet reverse layup as well. Making the move to the states at Winston Salem Christian, St Louis could make his mark as one of the more interesting 2028 point guards along the east coast.
