Westfield knocked off Ben Davis on Sunday afternoon and this rising senior guard was a major reason why it happened. Detamore displayed an impressive pop of athleticism at the end of his drives and was consistently able to finish against the size and length of the Giants' front court. He certainly looked the part of someone who will become highly sought after at the small college level.

The strength and physicality of Fertil is what immediately stands out. A 6'2" wing for Fort Wayne Snider, he makes opposing defenders bounce off of him on the way to the basket and does an excellent job rebounding from his position. Fertil also excelled in transition in the game we watch against Fishers with several nice passes to teammates. The versatility that he displays to shift between the backcourt and front court will be very valuable for Snider.

Without Mitchell and Snively this Zionsville team will look a little different in the scoring column. However, they had plenty of success with their new look, primarily featuring a talented junior class, as they went 4-0 at the Charlie Hughes Showcase. Gore, a knockdown shooter from three-point range, poured in 21 points, on seven three-point shots, to lead the Eagles to victory on Sunday over Mooresville.

Scoring 53 points in a game, regardless of the setting or opponent, is incredibly difficult to do. Hudson IV may be one of the best under-the-radar scorers in the state and is starting to emerge as a real prospect out of The Region. The 6'2" athletic guard went off for 53 points in Calumet's win over Southridge on Sunday. College programs should take the opportunity to evaluate him at some point soon.

Lollis has transferred from Warren Central to Arsenal Tech for his senior season and is part of what looks to be a pretty solid, and big, front court for the Titans. The 6'6" forward/center was impressive in Sunday's win over Brownstown Central finishing a few on the roll at the rim, rebounding his area, and being disruptive with his length defensively. Under-the-radar big man for small college programs to check in on.

Admittedly, Jeffersonville is rebuilding a little bit after winning the Class 4A State Championship in 2025. Losing three Division I players, along with other complimentary pieces, is not easy to overcome. However, the defending state champions were still able to go 3-1 at the Charlie Hughes Showcase including a pair of wins on Sunday. Nord, a shifty 6'1" guard in the Red Devils backcourt, was a big part of their win over George Washington. He looked comfortable operating out of ballscreen action which included a couple of nice passes to the roll man and ended the first half with a four-point play. Nord makes a lot of plays that impact winning.

Packer's shooting ability is what has gotten him noticed in the past and is why he is already ranked just outside of the Top 100 in the Class of 2026. However, over the course of the weekend, the 6'3" guard really used his size to be effective off of the bounce. He has a lot of opportunities to attack closeouts due to his shooting ability and he turned those into scoring opportunities at the rim. Packer had a team-leading 20 points in a loss to Fishers on Sunday.

There are a couple of more heralded prospects on this Northview team, but it was Perry who really caught our attention on Sunday afternoon in their game against Avon. Perry had the physicality on the perimeter to handle the Orioles pressure and had a lot of success, especially early on, burning off their pressure by attacking the basket and finishing at the rim. He went on to score a team-leading 18 points in a loss.

I'm not exactly sure how this prospect has stayed off of our radar, but somehow he has. However, that is why we stay in the gym as much as we do. We cannot afford to miss players like this for too long. Sullivan features a rising senior big man that we love as well, but Ridgeway really impressed us in Sunday's overtime win against Centerville. The 6'7" lefty plays above the rim, is an athletic driver, and looked capable of facing up and stretching the floor out to the perimeter. Definitely one to watch in the Class of 2027. High-upside prospect.

We know that Sawatzky is a very good outside shooter, but the 6'3" guard from Goshen High School was really using his size and strength to dominate other guards off of the dribble on Sunday. He is a pure all-around scorer with impressive measurables on the perimeter. Look for Sawatzky to continue to be highly sought after by small college programs heading into his senior season.
