2/11/26: Not a good first half at all. Lucas made two free throws but missed all of his outside shots. He is known as a remarkable catch-and-shoot guy, and this was disappointing. Still, he was reliable as a ball-handler and did not turn the ball over. The one weakness he has, and might always have, is he is just smaller than the guys defending him. In the game’s final two minutes FRA fought to hold on to their small lead. Every out-of-bounds play was designed to get the ball to their best free throw shooter Lucas. This was a wise move by FRA Head Coach
