Jones showed a lot of his overall game earlier on with Nashville Stars North 16s. Jones possesses the ability to take a game over with his scoring or playmaking, operating with an advanced feel for the game to go with his physical gifts at the PG position. Jones has long arms that he utilizes defensively at a really high level, disrupting opposing ball handlers and staying active in the passing lanes. Jones does a really good job generating high quality shots in the half-court for himself or his teammates with his three level touch and ability to break defenders down off the bounce. It’s been a strong start for Jones this weekend as he’s building great momentum ahead of the live period next month!

Jones is another one of the rare players that we saw participate at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase that actually comes from out of state. Jones, a 5’9″ guard out of Kirkwood High School in Tennessee, was one of the more active guard when trying to make plays in the lane. He was a very aggressive guard that will attack the defense while also being a willing defender on the other end of the floor.
