9/27/26: Matthew is a nimble 6-foot-7. He plays the modern faceup 4 game. He defended the blocks at this event though he projects as a small college "4". He could be a little more vocal on defense. Eventually, Matthew will be a team leader. Maybe as early as this year. He actively banged the offensive glass. McCarter is a guy that we are really high on. He will be a college basketball player, if that is his ambition. Size + skill goes a long, long way. Patient as a shotblocker. With his size and build MM will always be vulnerable to foul accumulation. It is important that he keeps his composure and does not commit the body. McCarter stuffed

9/27/26: Elite outside shooter. That much was known for the last year. Numerous people throughout middle Tennessee raved about Lucas' consistent shooting. It is true. Arguably the best scorer in the entire event. Incredible shooter. Jaw-dropping efficiency from behind the arc. Gritty. Often long-range shooters lack toughness and do not like contact. Lucas competed with an unusual toughness. Great off-ball defender. Sees everything.
Highlights
9/27/26: High basketball IQ. He will be a point guard unless he grows a few more inches. Unafraid of contact. Needs to improve explosiveness. Of course, like all underclassmen, he will need to add some heft. Jacob will play either guard position early in his high school career.
Highlights
9/27/26: Nice, skilled young guard. Only entering his freshman high school season, Drew is a solid guard with the potential to play either point or off-guard. St. George's is a good program right now led by a guard aficionado. Plyometrics and some track drills will help him control his lower body. He is still in the middle of growing into his body.
Highlights
9/27/26: Crafty. Undersized lead guard. He can become more vocal. Take command. He must be a blur to compensate for the height difference between the other guards and him.
Highlights
9/27/26: Physical combo guard. More scoring guard then creator. He was played with tunnel vision at this event. It happens. The event is a showcase event and players are not familiar with each other, but still Haynes III needs to involve teammates and create for others better. Handle is ok, but can improve. Physicality and motor are impressive. A little cramping inhibited some minutes, but overall Trey was very solid for a successful Team 9.
