Sanders who didn't play basketball at last season led Colleton County HS with 36 points in the tourney opener vs St John's HS. The Cougar won easy while Sanders scored 28 points by the halftime break.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sanders a senior wing player was able to connect on the mid-range jumper and from behind the arc. The Panthers had 4 players score in double digits here tonight. Sophomore post <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1692411' first='Tripp' last='Eidson']</strong> led the way with 19 points. Eidson played more aggressive on the glass with putbacks and finishes than I've ever seen before. The Generals defeated Stall HS and new Head Coach Mike Strickland. Ward a sophomore guard scored just 2 points in the 1st quarter before going to the halftime break with 17 points. Bryce really took over scoring the ball in the 2nd quarter. He really looks to excel in the open floor and making plays for himself and his teammates.
