Charlot, a guard out of Notre Dame High School Fairfield in Connecticut, rose 33 spots in this update and now sits at #30 overall. Charlot is one of the top public school guards in the region, regardless of class. He’s an electric scorer that does a great job of creating his shot in the half-court, while also showing the ability to run an offense and make good decisions with the ball in his hands. He does a great job of making decisions out of ball screens offensively, and on the other end of the floor, is able to guard the length of the floor in space with his quickness and lateral mobility.
