* This is NOT an all-encompassing article. There were so many great players that deserve to be in articles like these, but we can't cover them all.

Stone was just lights out this spring and summer. Really, he just got better as the warm weather rolled along. Stone may have a small frame, but her has a huge game. I've been watching him eat bigger players for breakfast since 8th grade and that continued this summer. Stone was one of the top playmakers in the midwest with Unified.

This one seems obvious. McKenney isn't a Michigan grassroots MOP. He's a national grassroots MOP. [program_tooltip program_id='2077030' first='The' last='Family'] star was just too strong, too smart and too athletic to stop. Even at the highest levels of competition he stood out among his peers. McKenney in particular flashed what might be the best mid range game in the country in his class.

Gibson basically just went off this spring and summer. The [program_tooltip program_id='2078459' first='Michigan' last='Playmakers'] have a reputation for always having some elite guards wearing the jersey. Gibson fit that bill this year. He was dynamic with the ball, attacking with tough dribble combos. Gibson was also able to split defenders, protect the ball, and make plays.

Hatchett played mostly with the Storm and filled in with BNB. Either team, same story. Dominance. Hatchett has always been lightning fast with the ball helping him to showcase his blow by speed. But he now looks even stronger and plays off contact very well. Just another trait that allowed him to be a grassroots MOP and 1 of the top guards in the state.

Champagne was just consistently outstanding from the miute grassroots season started. The NO Wolfpack legend was his typical hot shooting self. Really just like he was in 2023. Champagne showed that he was always a high percentage shooting threat. This year though, his ability to see the floor and feed teammates in scoring positions also stood out.
