Let’s just start out with the most obvious. Gibson was quite simply the best player in the gym over the course of the weekend. He’s a slippery athlete that can attack with his jumper and by finding lanes to the rim. Gibson can handle with both hands and switch the ball between them with ease. He was a big game player at the Storm Classic, putting up 25 in the semifinals and 15 in the championship game. This is the kind of weekend that turns into offers.

Gibson is really making a name for himself this season. He’s shown that he can get a hot hand and score in bunches, topping 20 on a couple different occasions. Gibson is a shift ball handler that can create space for his jumper off the bounce. His step back jumper has a ton of potential and he could turn that into a huge asset.
