While Agu is more perimeter focused, his pressure on the basket cannot be overlooked, bringing strength with the necessary ball skills to leverage his physical tools. Although capable of operating out of isolation, he is at his best attacking off the rip, quickly getting a head of steam when needed. Bringing shotmaking value from the pull-up, he can change speeds for a mid-range attempt as needed.

Agu has been a dependable lead guard over at Denver West, providing the size and strength to compete on both ends of the floor. Bringing capabilities as a pull-up shooter, both from the mid-range and three point distance, he holds a well rounded offensive skill set at this stage. When needed to dish out contact while attacking downhill, Agu can draw fouls and impose his size against opposing backcourt matchups. His defensive energy has aided West to start the season, actively flying around to deflect passes and create fast breaks.
