This 2024 class has seemingly zoomed through high school as I can remember these guys walking around as freshmen and even playing varsity as middle schoolers in some cases. Here’s a look at some available Seniors who will be playing at Rupp next week. I will certainly miss some players off the list but I’m doing my best.
One of the best available Seniors in our rankings, Doerr holds an offer from Morehead State and could earn more with a big week at Rupp.
Doerr’s teammate, Johnny is a long and athletic 4 man who likes to step out and shoot threes. A high academic player, he could be a difference maker at the D3 level.
The other half of the Evangel backcourt, Kyran is an athletic scoring point guard who is a very good defender. Tilley is capable of making a whole highlight reel on any given night. He should be a scholarship player in college.
A bouncy forward who contributes on both ends of the court for the favorites to win it all, Godfrey is a diamond in the rough whose best basketball remains in front of him.
Newport is a loaded backcourt but with a potential injury to Tay Kinney, Jackson may be counted on for a lot next week. Holding some scholarship offers already, Deshaun is a nice player who will be a contributor at the D2 or NAIA level next year.
Covington is a microwave scorer and playmaker who gets to play with the ball in his hands quite a bit. Jabari is shifty and a crafty finisher who can get hot from three as well.
Erhardt and Camden Cox Camden Cox 6’3″ | SG Spencer County | 2024 State KY make up a bulk of the scoring for Spencer County. Luke is a strong guard who can bully his way to the rim and has a quick release with deep range on his jumper.
A bouncy wing prospect with the ability to impact the game on offense while also being a high level rebounder, Starks is capable of going for 25 and 15 at any time. He could be the difference in the Dragons defending their title or falling to Harlan County.
Barnett is one of the leading scorers in all of Kentucky and could be the type to make a name for himself at Rupp. Aden is comfortable attacking the rim or knocking down threes.
One of the best unsigned players in the class, Vasser has been offered by D1 schools in the past and could earn new ones if he can lead Trinity on a deep run next week. Look for Drae to use his quickness to attack the paint on offense and sit down and guard on the defensive end.
