How do you rise when you were ranked #1 before? Just watch him play. Sanderson is a good old fashioned baller. He’s a big shot maker and a big shot taker. Look at his last 3 games: Sanderson has scored 115 points in 3 games. He put up 44 helping his Saline team to it’s first SEC title in a generation. Then he hit a volleyball line triple at the buzzer to win a game. Then last night he had 34 in a hard fought district semifinal. Sanderson will have a long list of schools of his choice by the time it’s all said and done.
Pleyer was out last season with an injury, so people kind of just missed one of the most talented freshman in the state. Then there were whispers like “well, is he a true point guard?”. Pleyer has put both the injury and the position questions to bed this season. He can facilitate, attack the basket and create for himself and others and is a knock down shooter from behind the arc. Player has the ability to play as a score first lead guard as well as a distributer. Now is a great time for next level coaches to get in the mix.
Highlights
Allen caused a lot of heads to turn last summer, so there were a lot of people excited to see him line up against some of the best at the PH Michigan Top 250. He was spectacular there and has continued his great play this high school season. Allen is a dynamic guard that does a nice job utilizing his handles to create space and opportunities. He can play the game at a next level speed and has shown blow by ability.
Summerville has always been a silky smooth point guard with tons of game and talent. The height haters had their say, but Summerville appears to be having the last word. I don’t care if he’s 2 feet tall, he’s been electric this season and is grabbing the attention of some big name programs at the next level. Summerville is terrific at controlling the pace and finding space for his jumper.
Cameron Ryans Cameron Ryans 6’4″ | SG Northview | 2026 State MI has always been at the top of the 2026 class, but this young man has taken his game to another level. This season, he has gone from a star athlete with an impressive frame to a high major prospect. Ryans has refined and defined his game. He now knows how to use that athleticism and frame and has also improved his jumper. Ryans is quite simply one of the most talented players in the state.
