As we near the post-season of the 2023-24 season, the Class of 2025 rankings have been updated. A number of juniors made moves up on the list - these are the top stock risers for this rankings update.

[player_tooltip player_id='2204992' first='Jaiden' last='Pickett'], Putnam - +62 (from #117 to #55)

Pickett went from bit player as a sophomore and leading scorer on a top-ranked team. The lanky 6-foot-1 guard can really stroke it from the perimeter with his lefty stroke but can also use his athleticism to get to the basket and score. He's an unselfish performer who could conceivably play more lead guard in the future.

[player_tooltip player_id='1726569' first='Ian' last='Pearson'], Redmond - +30 (from #139 to #109)

Redmond has been in the eyes of many a surprise contender this season in 5A and a lot of it has to do with the development of Pearson. The point guard has run the Panther offensive smoothly, finding Redmond's multitude of shooters and scorers regularly while also showing the ability to get some buckets himself. While he may be on the smaller size at 5-foot-9, he's got wiry strength to compensate.

[player_tooltip player_id='1770295' first='Will' last='Jenson'], Caldera - +23 (from #33 to #10)

When we first ranked Jenson it was based on reputation but after seeing the big man play at the Holiday Tournament in Bend over Christmas Break, it was clear he was not only worthy of his previous ranking but worthy of being moved up. The junior is 6-foot-8, long, and athletic, runs the floor, has a variety of solid post moves, and can face up and shoot it. All that and he's got D-I family lineage to boot.

[player_tooltip player_id='1450157' first='Gylan' last='Payne'], Oregon City - +19 (from #34 to #15)

Making a big jump into the top 20 is Payne, whose continued physical growth in height and athleticism has been apparent this season. Still a big-time perimeter threat with his shooting, the 6-foot-4 guard can now not only get to the basket but finish above the rim. An outstanding rebounder and passer for his size, he's been on the cusp of posting triple-doubles numerous times this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1368248' first='Khaled' last='Artharee'], Gresham - +16 (from #56 to #40)

Getting the opportunity to enter the starting lineup this season, Artharee has delivered and has become one of Gresham's most consistent performers. At 6-foot-4 he's long and athletic and his ability to guard multiple positions has been key for the Gophers. His ceiling is high as he continues to develop his game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2204993' first='Jaxson' last='Spafford'], Milwaukie - +15 (from #74 to #59)

One of 5A's leading scorers, Spafford's calling card is his shooting of which he can get his jumper off from literally anywhere on the court despite his relatively small size. He's racked up a number of 30-point games this season include a 44-point explosion and while his calling card is the three-ball he can also get the basket too.

[player_tooltip player_id='2044867' first='Jaydan' last='Hermogenes'], Ashland - +15 (from #125 to #110)

Hermogenes really caught our attention early on in the season at the Wilsonville Invitational Tournament. The 5-foot-10 point guard is extremely shifty off the dribble to create for himself and others and also has the ability to really get hot with his outside shooting from deep.
