Although his 22 points last night were below that average, he was dominant on both ends of the floor before sitting roughly the last 8 minutes in a blowout win. Columbia Heights didn't have anyone who could match his size, let alone his versatile skillset at that size. He wasn't afraid to play physical on the block and finish with a left handed hook-shot, and also showcased a smooth pull-up jumper from mid-range. The 6'7 SF can hit shots off the catch, but is comfortable putting the ball on the floor and handling it as well. Showed some fluid athleticism with a big time dunk in transition. Columbia Heights was looking to attack him and try to pick up some fouls on him, but Brock did a fantastic job of walling up around the rim to not only avoid fouling, but also block a handful of shots throughout the game. Recently picked up an offer from St. Cloud State.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["1288742"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"Myles just wasn't missing from beyond the arc in SLP's big win over Columbia Heights. He came out firing early, just taking the space that Heights was giving him and turning it into a quick three points. I believe he hit three or four early jumpers that helped SLP extend their lead early on, and from there it was all smooth sailing. Myles did a great job of scanning the floor from the perimeter, and was unfazed by any type of ball pressure. This allowed him to spot a teammate as soon as they got open, and he was zipping in overhead passes with pace and accuracy. It didn't matter if he was the one scoring or assisting, Myles was contributing to SLP putting a ton of points on the board.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["1284207"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"Despite the big loss, Randy still showcased some of that smooth scoring ability that has him averaging 26 ppg this winter. He has such a comfort getting to his spots off the dribble, and has shown three-level scoring capabilities this year. Drop off too much on him and he'll simply pull-up from three. Was able to get to his mid-range shot off the dribble, but also did a nice job of moving without the ball to get into space around the elbow area for shots. Showcased nice change of speed to lull his defenders to sleep before accelerating to the basket. Finished with a game high 26 points.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["1269166"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"Matt dropped 26 points on Tuesday night to help lead his team past rivals Lakeville South. The senior point guard just never seems to stop moving, whether he's weaving in-and-out of tight spaces with the ball, or making hard cuts off the ball to get some open looks at the rim. You would rarely see him make a mistake, and that allowed him to score with efficiency while also helping his team work for good looks possession after possession. Just about any time there was a dead ball, Matt would be in communication with his coaches, and was constantly relaying information to his teammates on the floor. One of the top uncommitted guards in the state's 2u003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003e024 class.u003c/spanu003e","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["1470706"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"There were some moments in that second half where it looked like South was going to go on a run and put themselves right back in the game. A lot of those moments involved [player_tooltip player_id='1470706' first='Keaton' last='Ressler'] knocking down shots from beyond the arc. The 2u003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003e025 guard showcased a lightning quick release and endless confidence, as he was letting it fly if his defender left him just an inch of space. He did a great job of getting his feet and body squared up off the move, allowing him to get off a balanced shot before his defender could catch up to him. Keaton finished with 22 points in the loss.u003c/spanu003e","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_5_player":["1297887"],"_player_evaluations_5_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"Liam came alive in the second half to help lead Southwest past South. South was defending him tight, so Liam was constantly working off the ball to try to get himself into space with an opportunity to shoot or drive. His ability to get his defender in the air with a quick shot fake led to some driving opportunities, but if he saw the space to get off a jumper, his quick release allowed him to do so off the catch. Farniok had some strong finishes through contact, and had a clutch 4 point play as his team was trailing to help them complete a comeback win.","_player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_6_player":["1288844"],"_player_evaluations_6_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_6_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_6_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"Abe is one of those players you simply cannot leave open beyond the arc. He's not going to blow by you with explosive athleticism or flashy handles, but if you give him too much space he's going to put three points on the board. Last night he did just that on multiple occasions, including the go-ahead three with under a minute to play that sealed the victory for Southwest. Abe is always ready to catch and shoot off the ball, and has range that extends to well beyond the high school three point line. Thought he did a nice job of communicating on the floor with his teammates as well.","_player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":7,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65cb667b25ee2"} /-->
