One of the smoothest handlers at the event. Farley plays with control while showing creativity to manipulate defenders off the bounce. He showed effective in-and-out dribbles, hesitations, jabs, and change of speeds to get defenders off balance and then attack angles. His scoring arsenal includes comfortability from pull up jumpers and the ability to knock down spot up 3’s making him a triple threat lead guard. In the team’s 2^nd game of the day he helped erase a nearly 25 point deficit to come out with a win which was the biggest comeback of the day by far. Farley elevates his play and impacts winning when the team needs a spark.

Farley looked every bit the floor general, constantly communicating and bringing a calm presence to the point guard position. Undersized or not, he stayed composed under pressure, generating offense from three and showcasing crafty finishes around the basket. Most importantly, Farley showed an understanding of how to maximize his teammates’ potential. At one point, one of his teammates’ size wasn’t being used efficiently. Farley not only noticed this, but repeatedly set up the pick and roll to generate offense through him in the plays to come. His skills as a distributor and ability to make the players around him better will take Farley far.

I think Mt. Carmel has a promising freshman in their hands. Farley was a gem to watch with a high motor and seemingly advanced skillset for his age. Showed the ability to control the ball and lead from the point, while also creating for others and being a scoring guard on numerous occasions. Played with a great pace and burst, showing confidence with the ball in his hands and the ability to create in different ways. His energy was noticeable throughout, impacting the game on both ends with his activity and athleticism. The combination of his skill, pace, and motor made him one of the players who immediately caught my eye.

Farley is a 5’10” lead guard that is going to be a great fit at Mt. Carmel.  Can really shoot the ball from three with a soft touch finishing game.  Plays with pace and feel as a lead guard.

Farley heads to Col. Wheeler Middle School this fall. He spent his summer running with The Indiana Game. At camp, he filled the lanes in transition. Farley showed off his soft touch on baseline drives. When leading the break he hit teammates on time and on target. Farley was a catalyst for Team 1’s pace.

His unselfishness was evident on several occasions, as he displayed dynamic playmaking abilities, creating offense both for himself and others. Farley earned the bulk of his points through dribble penetration, often finishing with soft-touch floaters. His ability to play off two feet allowed him to maintain balance and score effectively against traffic or contact, making him a reliable and versatile offensive threat.
